I'm Pam Williams
Chef/Instructor of Serving Thyme
Pam Williams attended the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY and Le Cordon Bleu Paris, France. She was the assistant to famous Chefs at Degustibus Cooking School at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City for over 17 years.

Pam has cooked with renowned chefs: Jacques Pepin, Andre Soltner, Jacques Torres, Alain Sailhac and Daniel Boulud and the late Julia Child.

Pam Williams was the chef/owner of Serving Thyme Inc. a full service catering firm for over 25 years.
Serving Thyme Inc. was established in 1982 and served New York’s Westchester County, Manhattan, New Jersey and Lower Connecticut. Selected clients included Pepsi, People Magazine, Vogue Magazine, Trish McEvoy Cosmetics and television's TLC Trading Spaces Family.

Pam is a Master Gardener, a member of the Herb Society of America in NY and PA, a member of the Garden Club on Palm Beach since 2018, and Herb Society at Mounts Botanical Gardens since 2014. Pam started teaching herbal cooking classes at Wave Hill Riverdale, NY. Currently gives cooking classes privately as well as at various organizations.

Pam resides in Palm Beach, Florida, teaching select cooking classes at area schools, gardens clubs and arboretums.
