Pam Williams

Pam Williams is a passionate chef, caterer, and teacher who loves to share her knowledge and skills with others. She is the founder and owner of Serving Thyme South, a catering company that specializes in fresh, seasonal, and herbal cuisine. Pam has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, having served clients such as Pepsi, People Magazine, Vogue Magazine, Trish McEvoy Cosmetics, and TLC Trading Spaces Family. She has catered events in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Palm Beach.

 

Pam is also a Master Gardener and a member of the Herb Society of America in NY and PA. She started teaching herbal cooking classes at Wave Hill Riverdale, NY, and currently teaches at Morris Arboretum in Chestnut Hill, PA. She also offers cooking classes at various schools, garden clubs, and arboretums in the Philadelphia area. Pam enjoys creating dishes that showcase the flavor and aroma of herbs and spices from around the world.

 

She lives in Palm Beach with her husband. She loves to travel, read, garden, and experiment with new recipes.

 

Pam believes that cooking is a form of art and expression that can bring joy and satisfaction to anyone who tries it.
